In my previous positions I have had to manage AD for a large enterprises and small businesses. I needed a tool to be able to track the changes from day to day as well as notify user(s) of the changes in the past 24 hours, send a list of the changed GPO(s), and automatically create backups. if any changes were detected. The script has changed alot over the last few years since I started it. It is a culmination of alot of single use scripts for GPO management into one as well as other updates I wanted as time went on.
